User Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement and Definitions

Scope of Application

• This agreement applies to all users of the Puffpaw Platform and Puffpaw Smart Vape devices. By connecting a blockchain wallet or binding a device, the user is deemed to agree to this agreement.

Territorial Restrictions – Physical Products vs. Digital Services

• Puffpaw Smart Vape devices, pods, and any other nicotine- or cannabis-related consumable products (collectively, "Physical Products") are not offered for sale or shipment to any address in any country or jurisdiction where Puffpaw products are determined to be illegal, restricted, or non-compliant with applicable laws or regulations (each, a "Restricted Jurisdiction").
• We do not accept orders for Physical Products that (a) list a shipping address in a Restricted Jurisdiction; or (b) are placed by a person located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of ordering.
• Persons located in, or residents of, a Restricted Jurisdiction may access and use the digital-only features of the Puffpaw Platform—including the virtual leasing game and Vape-to-Earn mechanism—only to the extent such access and use is legal in their jurisdiction and they meet the age and compliance requirements in this Agreement.
• By submitting any order for Physical Products, you represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of ordering; and (b) the shipping address you provide is not in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• We may cancel or refuse any order for Physical Products if we reasonably believe it violates these territorial restrictions or applicable law.

Key Definitions

• Vape-to-Earn Mechanism: Users generate behavioral data by using certified devices and consuming low-nicotine pods. This data is verified on-chain and can be exchanged for Crypto as rewards.

2. Hardware and Data Rules

Device Requirements

• Only Puffpaw official certified Smart Vape devices (with built-in encrypted chips) are allowed.
• Devices are equipped with anti-tampering technology, and any unauthorized modifications will trigger smart contract automatic freezing of rewards.

Data Ownership and Usage

• User behavior data (such as smoking frequency, nicotine intake, etc.) is encrypted and stored on nilDB. A decentralized data storage service by our partner Nillion.Puffpaw has the rights to monitor, analyze, and use this data.
• Users authorize Puffpaw to use anonymized data in the following scenarios:
  • On-chain verification of health behaviors.
  • Participation in the optimization of the smoking cessation model.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

Compliance Commitment

• Users must be 21 or older and comply with the electronic cigarette regulations of their local jurisdiction.
• The use of devices to inhale THC or other illegal substances is prohibited.
• You must not attempt to purchase Puffpaw Physical Products for delivery into any Restricted Jurisdiction (i.e., any country or jurisdiction where Puffpaw Physical Products are determined to be illegal, restricted, or non-compliant with applicable laws or regulations).
• If you are located in, or a resident of, a Restricted Jurisdiction, you may only use the Puffpaw Platform's digital services (such as the virtual leasing game and related reward mechanisms) to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction, and you must not place orders for Physical Products for delivery to any address in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Anti-Cheating Mechanism

• The following actions are prohibited, and violators will have their accounts banned and added to the on-chain credit blacklist:
  • Physical disassembly, damage, or modification of sensors.
  • Engaging in illegal arbitrage operations.

4. Disclaimer

• Nothing on the Puffpaw Platform, including the "Shop" section, constitutes an offer to sell or ship Physical Products into any Restricted Jurisdiction (including the United States of America where applicable). Any product listings, availability, and prices are intended solely for jurisdictions in which the sale and shipment of Physical Products are lawful and compliant with applicable requirements.
• In the event of blockchain data computation failures causing reward delays, users may submit an on-chain support ticket within 7 working days.
• All token-related rewards are distributed by the Puffpaw Foundation, an independent non-profit entity based in the Cayman Islands. It operates separately and is not affiliated with the Puffpaw smart vape product or its associated businesses.
